I got tired of only charging my controllers by plugging in the controllers directly to the Ps5 and I’ve read numerous things about charging the controllers with a different wall outlet damaging controllers so well worth the money!

I kept getting sick of charging my controller with my phone cable/ charger. This is cordless free, so you don't have to worry about using charging usb cord. Place your control charging station in one spot and never move your controllers to another place. Worth the buy!

The best thing about this station is that it is INDEPENDANT of the ps5. So I dont need to have it plugged into the ps5 to charge. It is also great that you just drop the controller on instead of plugging the controller in. Highly recommend.
