Convenient but fragile

I just question the build quality. One of the charging cradles no longer works because the pins came out of place and are sticking straight up. Never dropped it and have not had it long when this happened.

Set the controller on top and aligns easy. Turns colors to let you know when connected. Only thing is this one stops emitting colors when charged and my Xbox one will go from red to blue when fully charged:
