Love this. Makes charging both my remotes easy when not in use. Charge fast too

We got this to replace the controller stand that originally came with the PlayStation 5. It’s a welcome addition to our PlayStation family. Charges the controller fast.

Its the little things in life and after trying to avoid paying out an extra 30$ for a charger , by plugging my controllers into the system for a few months , i realize im not living my best life. The chrger is easy to use and out of the way (looking handsome over by the steelbook collection) . What more could i ask for? It to Join as player 2?

Charging station works well. Have to be careful the remotes are placed on properly or won’t charge.

Fast charging, great design that takes up very little space, and uses wall socket charger instead of taking one of the USB ports on the PS5. Charging via USB requires the PS5 to be in Rest Mode. This does not, so you can leave the controller on the docking station at any time and forget about it. Battery will be full by the time you want to play again.

Sadly, this is the best option available. I tried multiple third-party solutions. I found one that was okay, but none are as convenient or as easy to use (in terms of controller insertion) as the official Sony DualSense Charging Station. That's a shame, because as of this writing (April 2021), it's still extremely difficult to find—perhaps even harder to find than the PS5 itself.

I was tempted to pick up a 3rd party charger since the official Sony ones were constantly out of stock. I’m glad I waited and was patient. The quality of the Sony charger is top notch. I also like that it kinda looks like a mini PS5. It comes with its own power supply so you can free up the USB ports on your PS5. The controllers simply rest on the charger and you’re good to go.

Everyone with a ps5 should own this. It’s convenient, it doesn’t take up space, easy connection between the console and controllers. It’s a no brainer. Not sure what else to say about it.

This just makes sense to buy, not only does it save a USB port on your PlayStation 5 it allows you to charge your controller through an outside source, hopefully extending the life of the console. It's different from the PS4 version but even better because it charges your DualSense on contact, you simply sit it on the contact point, no need to push it down. Definitely a no brainer in my opinion.

Ditch the cable charging. This does the job and matches the whole PS5 vibe. Had mine for over a year now and it still works great. Would recommend if you have at least 2 controllers.

For whatever strange reason, this official charging station is super difficult to get. It's almost as difficult, if not more difficult to get than PS5 itself! With that said, it's a nice unit. It looks like a mini-PS5, and is pretty compact. Getting the controller to seat in the cradle can be a little fiddly, but the charger works well and looks right at home next to your PS5.
