Purchased this for a teen for a Christmas gift. He says it works great and he is very happy with it. Easy set up and great all around camera.

PS4 Camera is not mandatory, but fun. Hope that there will have more games associated with PS4 camera coming out in the near future.

The ps4 camera is cheaper than kinect, but the games available are far behind xbox one. I feel that I am not using the ps4 camera very much.

I was a little worried about getting the PlayStation Eye, because I hated my Kinect so much. It ended up going well. We like to use it to Twitch, and it works just right!

The game selection is limited and we have a little trouble angling the camera correctly. It works pretty good go just dance.

This item is an OK item to have to complete the ps4, don't really know what other functions it may have other than for the dance games. Overall I rate it a 6 of 10.

The camera is great for multiple reasons. Mainly for your nba2k where u can put your face in the actual player in the game by taking a pic

Works great. Recgnizes faces for auto log in. Allows voice commands with system and certain games

The only game I've been able to try this out on so far has been 2k and that didn't work out so well. Voice commands though

It's a basic cam for the PS4... not too much fancy here. Trouble tracking from time to time. But if you're a collector of systems or accessories, a nice addition. Xbox has the edge, but PS loyalists will appreciate it.

Camera quality was a bit better then the PS3 version but I hope they come out with some better games other then just dance

I bought this for my son so he could record gameplay and edit the content using the PS4. He loves watching let's play videos and this will give him an appreciation of what goes into those. This also works as a good mic for online play that he can't chew on and ruin. With no headset I can also listen to what others say and monitor the chatter. Makes me a happy parent of a young online gamer.

The PS4 camera seems to be a major upgrade from the previous "eye". It comes w/a dual lens so it is now capable of detecting 3D space. It is great for Just Dance 2016 as it eliminates the need of using any controllers during the dance routines. I am, however, searching for additional uses for this gadget. I am hoping that game developers will utilize this feature more in future releases (e.g. GoldenEye Reloaded using the PS3 Move controllers w/the rifle attachment... that was fun).

This camera is great for what it was designed for. I like that it allows you to be recognized by face scan and associates that with your profile. It's also great for in game usage (i.e. facial scans and embedded mic uses).

I got the PlayStation Camera specifically to record my reactions to the horror game Until Dawn. It's hilarious seeing me scream like a little girl. Highly recommend the camera, game, and Gold Wireless Headset together.

I realised Sony was going to release a VR headset which was going to come in two variants. One set would be cheaper if you already owned the camera and wands. BestBuy had an excellent price for this camera so I pulled the trigger. I have since found that their are a couple of good games that the kids really enjoy with the camera and recording video feeds is super easy. Overall a great product with not enough 3rd party games. Hopefully everything will change once the VR headset arrived.

My son enjoys his new camara on his play station 4. He enjoys using it with his friends and being able to see himself move around.

Surprisingly, the camera provides complete control of the PS4. I didn't buy the PS4 for anything other than its gameplay. However, the PS4 allows you to do all the things you can do with the camera for the X/1.
