NOTE: This is a Playstation Plus subscription card. It is NOT a currency card, no matter what anyone else says. Now that PS Plus subs are $60 per year, it makes sense to seek out deals that sells these sub cards for 50 or less. However, beware that Best Buy is very stingy when it comes to which sub card it promotes. They'll promote this particular SKU/item when others, which works EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, are not part of their promotional offer. You may have to bug a BB staffer to find it since it may be kept elsewhere that isn't visibly seen. As for whether this item is good, it is if you want to play multiplayer and want the free monthly games that Sony pushes out. But other than that, there isn't a lot to make it worth the money spent. I recommend it only because there are times when their monthly free games happens to be a good one.... That is, when it's actually good for once.

I bought this item for use with my PS4, and it worked exactly like it should!

Worked perfect!! I was on an automatic month to month on the PSN and decided to save some money by paying for the 12 mo subscription.

It's basically what it say's it is. What was good was at the time I got it for $40 because it was a special they were running.

But you get it tax free Because if you put your billing address to Montana or Oregon you don't have to pay for sales tax!

If you buy a 50.00 card, and change your billing address to OR or MT or DC no tax

You buy a $50 psn card, change your billing address to OR or MT or DC, tax free

Even better if you use a state where there is no tax! Buy it on psn

A must to play online. Good value for 1 year subscription.

If I was any playstation plus user I would stock up on these before they increase the price next week.

Hate that ps4 went to this but it worth getting it at once for the year.
