Forced to pay to play online...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We reluctantly purchased one year of playstation plus for my son since sony requires "membership" to play PS4 games online. This is after we paid for the console and paid for the game discs. I would gladly pay a one time additional fee for online game play, but I absolutely despise ongoing recurring payments for anything, let alone video game system and discs I already paid so much for. For this reason- ONE STAR. PS3 is a much better value since it allowed online gaming for no additional cost. AND my first Gen PS3 console plays PS1 and PS2 games with no problems. PS4 won't even play a PS3 game. more bad decisions by Sony...
