This 3 month card is exactly what it says it is, 3 months of PS Plus for 17.99, thats marketabley cheaper than paying for it on the PS store. Worked flawless, input your code and start playing. Not much more I can say, well worth it!

It's pretty obvious you need one of these to redeem on your PlayStation to be able to play online with your friends. I think the 1-yr subscription is better but when you don't have the money I suggest to just buy the 3-month subscription.

While I miss the days of free online play, there are at least some decent poems that come with a ps plus subscription. You usually get extra discounts (usually 10%) on certain items in the Playstation store, and it can sometimes be attacked with sales. Also, you get 2 free games for download every month for each platform. That means that each month, the ps4 will have 2 free games, ps3 will have a different 2, and the ps vita as well. So you can get up to six free games every month if you have all 3 platforms. Usually they are decent games, like rocket league or injustice. Some are indie games which can be worth looking into.
