I don't notice a difference in sound quality, but they are more comfortable.

The sound is amazing - only knock is comfort. It gets a bit hot after awhile, and the cups are a bit small, But as far as audio goes, it might be the best I've owned.

Giving it a 4 star because you can't really adjust the headphones. I don't like the rubber strap and my head is small so the headphones drop below my ears.
