The fact that they aren't Bluetooth limits the options of universal use. That's not the killer for me though. I don't mind having a dedicated headset just for gaming but they're just very uncomfortable. They aren't adjustable and these are too large for my head. The 3D sound is stellar so if these fit your head I'd recommend them overall but not for me personally.

Only issue i have is over couple months the adhesive they use to hold the material on the earmuffs will no longer hold it and if you dont have a warranty they will have to be change sony will be no help.
