I like to keep the USB chip on the back of the PS5 so I can keep the front free. I never had any issue with it until I plugged an extended storage into the other back slot of the PS5. The audio seemed to cut out when I would move my head. Afterward I moved the USB chip to the front of the PS5 and I haven't had the issue since. I do wish I could hear my voice a little more like my turtle beaches.

Not worth the price :/

Would have been 5 stars if they were still working properly. They were great when I 1st got them, sound was crisp and noise cancelling. I could fully immerse myself into the game/environment I was playing. But after a few months, I only get sound from the right side of headset now. No reason as to why, just stopped working one day.
