Not worth it

Constantly disconnect, popping and cracking with deep sounds. The pairing functions are nice, but overall not worth the money. My $20 Jlabs work better

Customer service or nah?

Not only was it the wrong item (color) but the paring device with it was not functional despite the listing being "open package EXCELLENT condition." When i returned them the only thing i got for my trouble and time was "you can pay full price for new ones." Probably wont be shopping here for a bit.

They definitely weren’t excellent quality to say the least… rating 2 stars bc they agreed to give the full refund back. Bought them on the PlayStation app and I’m seeing a huge difference!
