It probably wasnt the product as much as it was whoever does re-packaging for best buy. Not only was it the wrong item (color) but the paring device with it was not functional despite the listing being "open package EXCELLENT condition." When i returned them the only thing i got for my trouble and time was "you can pay full price for new ones." Probably wont be shopping here for a bit.

These are the absolute worst earbuds I've ever used. They sound AMAZING but I bought and returned 3 pairs because they all had connection issues. After the 3 returned pair I just gave up. I wanted them to work so badly because they're the only earbuds with dual audio but nope, they're awful.

If I could rate this 0 stars I most definitely would , I bought the open box for excellent quality and I’m convinced they sent me fakes. They definitely weren’t excellent quality to say the least… rating 2 stars bc they agreed to give the full refund back. Bought them on the PlayStation app and I’m seeing a huge difference!

Trash. Returned them no problem thank goodness. Another thing I noticed is I bought an 86" tv and a PS 5 Portal a few other items around $1300 Got 0 points for any of it. something about it being promotional or something. What a joke I wouldnt suggest upgrading your memberships they seem to have a way out of some of the benefits.

Not good for footsteps EQ setting doesnt do anything and after 1 hour of play starts to hurt ears

Overall quality is pretty great they’re primarily geared towards the PlayStation ecosystem but you’re still able to pair multiple devices at once which is a great feature to have. Sound quality is decent aswell with 3D audio calibration in console settings
