Additionally, mic quality very poor, with almost any time used 2-way other parties hear distortion in voice, no matter the platform.

So I decided to try these and it’s been a great experience so far great sound I just wish they had active noise cancellation.

I have had my headphones since December 2023 (6 months) and they are starting to sound like static when people speak.

But after 2 days of using it…i notice that the left and right earbud would randomly disconnect n connect . Is this defective? As a total member should best buy fix this or should i contact sony? Its much worse if i lie down on the bed…and if its the wifi connection, i have unlimited 10g data plan from xfinity but i think it connects to portal using bluetooth so you tell me?
