I was so excited about this product. But worst earbud ever. If you're more than 3 feet from the dongle, no one can hear you in a party chat. There is absolutely no base. Everything is a high peircing pitch. If you're in a party chat, it's difficult to hear the game and people talking. When listening just to the game, it's difficult to hear all the different tones of the game. I am returning after trying for about 10 mins. Do not waste your time with this product.

Disconnects a lot while playing. Have to unplug the usb dongle and replug to connect. Didn’t last. Left earpiece stopped working.

Sony needs to update the firmware of this. Been buggy since I got my hands on it. Otherwise its ok. Connects pretty fast too

I really love them and how I don’t have to have a cord plugging into my controller to hear my teammates/opponents. This is by far one of the best products PlayStation has made!

This is such an amazing product that I could use it while gaiming and phone calls at the same time.

I only got these for the Portal since it’s the only device that has PS Link. The case isn’t that sturdy feeling considering the price tag it has. The sound is tinny and it doesn’t have that deep bass you get from other buds in the same price range. I can only have it connected to my portal and not my PS5 at the same time because then I have restart my portal after it’s connected to my PS5 and that’s annoying. Should’ve went with the Pulse Elite

These earbuds are amazing! Always wanted gaming earbuds that could also act as normal earbuds for work or activities. These Sony PULSE earbuds have exceeded all expectations!

I’m a Playstation die hard and this is the only Playstation product I’ve ever returned. The build feels chreap for $200, they kept dusconnecting from my PS5 every few minutes, and there was a crackling sound coming out of the earbuds that would not go away

Like others have warned these like to drop connection easy and it gets very annoying trying to reconnect. 3 months into minimal use the dongle has officially died. Sounds quality is meh. More frustrating and average sound, definitely not worth the price. Be nice if they allowed bluetooth so i could use my wf-1000xm4.

Hardly connect to the console. Sound is aweful like mono. Falls off my ear even if you change the ear cover. Returned the next day.

Huge let down! I was excited to get this headset what a disappointment. These 200$ ear buds do not work whatsoever. After a month of researching Sonys website and other resources and trying to get them to work, they only ended up connected to my phone. When I tried the portal only one ear bud would work. PS5 & PC they wouldn’t work at all. Save your time and money.

Got this as a xmas gift for my boyfriend and i am happy i did. He loves them!

Would not stay connected to my playstation. One would connect and the other would either not connect or would connect and lose connection and bounce back and forth.
