Easy to connect but not the best audio. Not that comfortable in ear. Hurts a little

I love the ease of use with my PS5. It was open box but no one would be able to tell.

I really wanted to like these! But unfortunately they are not comfortable regardless of which ear tip you use. They hurt my inner ear and I could not have them in longer than 30 minutes before my inner ear felt sore. Sound quality is not up to par for $200.

Love the dual connection for my portal and ipad . Fit is a bit shaky got some eartips to fix that .

This item is definitely high quality and i love its features of connecting to both my ps5 and my phone

Had these headphones since March 2024. Was sold on the hype train but I’m very disappointed and feel as if I’ve wasted my money. They go in and out. Connect and disconnect and Sony didn’t do a good tutorial on how they properly work. (Thank God for YouTube). Now it’s December and the sound is so low and the console is saying it’s at maximum volume. A waste of $200. And I’m a FAITHFUL Sony customer when it comes to their gaming accessories. Probably my 1st bad review from a product by them EVER!

Not a huge fan of buds for gaming, but they work and the options for the Portal are somewhat limiting.

Works great with the portal and it is nice that it can be connected via Bluetooth to my phone at the same time.

Randomly disconnect and you cannot get them to reconnect very frustrating especially you when you’re in a rank or comp game.

Not happy with my purchase, voice chats sound great and clear but when it comes to game sound it's terrible, there is no bass. I changed system settings and EQ Presets and nothing made it better.

First of all it’s laggy and the audio quality sucks. I was hoping for it to be good but I returned it cause I could not stand the bad audio quality. Connecting is also buggy so I would not recommend this to anyone.

They are good!!! For being buds for ps5 i enjoy them and is cool i can use it for my phone too !

Shame on sony for focing us to purchase expensive proprietary earbbuds to play on their already over priced console.

Very easy to use. Easy to connect to system and phonr plus live the nouse cancellation.

These work great. Connect easily to my PS5 and easy to pair to the PlayStation Portal.

Total garbage. Constantly connects and disconnects from PS5, connection to portal only occasionally works. Prepare to reset and pray at least once a week. Save your 200 dollars and buy some wired headphones, you’ll be happier.
