I wish I could do 0 stars. Since I keep being asked to leave a review I’ll do it. I called your store and police but no one did anything. Someone keeps hacking into my account and using other people’s stolen credit cards apparently and even after I called, you still let that person keep getting their orders from a hacked account.

The look and packaging are superb. The audio is just okay.

Quit working ,wont link up to PS5 after PS5 update.

Not good! They disconnect A LOT! Not worth the price.

Terrible I can barely hear the person on the other end and the game. I’ve tried every settings on it to make it sound better. However my PlayStation pulse can headphones are way better completely waste of money I can’t even give it away. I would have returned them but my kids wrecked the box it came in.

Inzones are better. Plain and simple. These aren’t as comfy or as loud.

Sound quality is poor and ear fit is really bad. Not recommended.

So far, we’ve had a very trying experience with these headphones. They don’t stay paired to my husband’s phone for him to use, and even when they do, the sound is low and the fit is not great. We’re not sure if he just has a dud, but we’ll probably just be returning them unfortunately.

They dont sound that great for gaming not loud enough

These sound tinny and have absolutely no bass. I mean, they really sound terrible, like 2 dollar earbuds. There are no controls for adjusting eq. It's really a head scratcher why they would release headphones that cost this much that sound worse than a blown smartphone speaker.

Bad connections all the time, they get disconnected a lot during games, cuality of sound its not what i was expecting, overall if i research better before i buy this, i will never buy.. mi recommendations don't buy this crappie earbuds...

I returned them after the left ine wouldnt connect to my Portal!

Very disappointed in these. The sound quality is okay but the mic quality is terrible. My friends complained about how I sounded horrible whenever I used these. I switched back to the regular pulse headset.

There isn’t a way to blend chat and the game so both are blaring at the dame time. They disconnect almost everytime i try to use them. I wish I could get my money back for $200 these things should be better

I’m very happy with this purchase. The sound quality is excellent, clear, and well balanced. They are very comfortable to wear, even for long periods, and fit securely without falling out. The battery life is great and the connection is fast and stable. They work perfectly with my device and look very sleek and modern. Definitely worth the price — I highly recommend them

The PlayStation Explore Earbuds are great for people like me who aren’t a big fan of big headsets. The sound quality is pretty good once you figure out how they go in your ears. Connectivity for me was easy and haven't had any problems with them disconnecting. They work good for listening to music on your phone but they do lack the bass, which isn’t really a bother for me. I’m mainly just wanting them strictly to use on my PS5. Not sure how solid the mic is, haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet. They could come down a little bit on the price as well. Other than that, I’m enjoying the earbuds!
