    Gamer review

Good audio quality for gaming, battery life is about twice the controller life, comfortable fit, and has different ear piece sizes. Comes with a usb-c charger. Connection range is about 10-15 feet from the usb receiver. Although, they do randomly disconnect and reconnect while in range (little annoying). Simple to use and connect. Very much plug and play. Haven’t connected to a phone so I have no opinion on the side of it. Overall enjoy the product.

I bought these to go with my portal. Sound is good and they are comfy enough. I generally use them when I want a free ear to listen out for household. The two big pains are that you really need to be in the same room as your ps5 to use them. With the portal I can be anywhere in the house which is great, but these will not work beyond 20-30 ft from unit. Additionally, you need to press the button on the usb to pair these every time and they need to be in the case to pair. So, when I go to turn on ps5, I need to have the buds in the case, go over and press the button on the usb, wait for blue light then pull them out and put in ear. The over head headphones have been way more reliable and don't require the usb. I'll keep them because they are more comfortable for single ear gaming. But I do wish they were executed a bit better.

    Graat headphones

I got these to replace my over the head headphones. These have done just that. Pros: great sound quality, fast charging (charges 50% in 10 minutes), works seamlessly with multiple devices, dual connection is fantastic. Noise rejection AI for the mic is 10/10. cons: no sidetone/voice pass through, ear tips are a bit uncomfortable (ordered different tips on Amazon and it has made them 100x more comfortable). Honestly for people saying they aren’t great for long gaming sessions are wrong. I sit and play for 6+ hours with these with no problems. When I get up to use the restroom, grab a snack or drink I throw them into the charging case and they charge back up pretty quickly. I started to use these as my main headphones.

Great for 3D audio and connecting to PS5. Had some trouble with Bluetooth connecting to my steam deck. Could be a little bit louder

Great after finding the right ear tip.

At first I thought these things were going to be junk. The sound when i first put them on had no bass. After finding the right tips and changing the EQ settings these things sound pretty awesome. It sounds even better when connected to the PS5. My advice to those who thing the sound is bad, make sure you have the right tip for your ear. I normally use the medium tip but these i needed the large. The only negative thing I have to say is the missing functions like a mute button.

First of all Best Buy continues to list product info sometimes that is not correct. These are listed as Bluetooth. They are NOT Bluetooth! They are PlayStation Link™ Technology which is PlayStations proprietary tech that is NOT Bluetooth. Once you get these fit correctly in your ear you will love them I think!

    Don't Buy!!!

For 200$ this isn't worth it. If you're planning on using this for anything other than your PS5, you better off getting some actual bluetooth earbuds. Not only is the range terrible on the PS5, but they can randomly disconnect and wont reconnect unless you unplug and plug back in the USB Link device. I tried using this with my iPhone and its painfully obvious how terrible the bass is on the earbuds. it'll constantly reconnect even when the phone is in my pocket. Overall a waste of money for the price.

    Pulse earbuds with PS Portal

The pulse earbuds work seamlessly with my PlayStation Portal. They’re small, aesthetically they match the device. The sound quality is great and they have decent battery life.

Build quality is ok, doesn’t stay connected to PS5

Build quality isn’t as good as the airpods pro 2 at the same price point. No noise cancellation like others at that price range. Fit is pretty comfortable when you find the right earbuds for your ear. I only got it so I can use it with the Playstation Portal since it won’t connect wirelessly to anything else. It also kept disconnecting from my PS5 after 30mins or so but reconnects automatically, just very annoying when it happens, since the audio goes silent and it makes all the disconnect/reconnect beeps before getting audio back. This is when I’m connecting with the provided usb adapter, not bluetooth. Sigh… another beta test product that’s in mass production. The portal has been great so far tho for my needs.
