I was super excited to try these. Planar Magnetic drivers for $200? Sign me up! To say I was disappointed when I put these on is an understatement and a half. I started by pairing them with my phone. After a few tires it worked. I opened YT Music, and wow, they're awful. You get a lot of mids, some bass, and really muddy and weak treble. I honestly thought they were in some weird dual-connection mode or something, they just sounded terrible. But no, that's how they are. There's no app to tune the sound, what you hear is what you get. the Sony Headphones app doesn't see these. Well, maybe it sounds better with the USB receiver, right? nope, they sound the exact same. At least there is zero noticeable latency with the wireless donge, which is great, and you can still stream BT music from your phone at the same time, so that's handy. But they were mega disappointing, I've tried $30 buds from Amazon with better sound than these.

The sound was great but the fit was noy comfortable in my ears.

Work great and love the dual channel. Highly recommend you replace silicone inserts for comfort.

This is the second such incident in less than a year, and I am extremely dissatisfied. The protection plan's value is questionable; Geek Squad merely replaces the unit and charges an additional $60, which is unacceptable. The device frequently disconnects from the PS5 and suffers from rapid battery drain, requiring constant connection to a power source. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Good earbuds, but the Bluetooth is wanting. Amazing for PS5. Sometimes the adapter does not fit well with PC USB 3.0 ports.

I think the old generation headset was better . Not impressed , loss of sound compared to older model, unable to modify the party volume vs game volume - was able to modify without being in a party with the old headset .
