I did all the "fixes" PlayStation says to do. I even got a USB-A to USC-C adaptor to get it plugged into the front port and away from all the heat in the back. Which is terrible design. When they decide to work its great but when they decide they don't want to it's usually when you need them the most. Sony dropped the ball with these earbuds.
