I watched several review videos on this product and they seemed to be right in the middle. The people who always give Sony products a 5/5 or 10/10 said these were great (big surprise) and the unbiased reviews said these were not worth the price and not very impressive. I purchased these and gave them a shot. If you’re connected to your phone, they’re actually not too bad, but if you’re connected to your PS5, the max volume is terrible and they sound like a pair of $5-$10 earphones. I will be returning these today.

Then the while using the ear buds I heard a strange crinkle sound in the left bud followed by the sound decreasing by 60%. No matter how I played with the volume the left bud stayed extremely quiet while the right worked fine. Sony wouldn't replace it and are trying to make me pay for repairs and Best Buy wouldn't exchange as I contacted them after 15 days. I'm of the opinion if a product stops working within 10 days it should be exchanged with no cost to the user.

Even trough Bluetooth loss connection with 1 or both on ear device. Very disappointed Sony. I stay with the old pulse 3D

Sony tried too hard on making them look cool where it hard to know of they are properly put on right. They are then too heavy from the poor design that it's not balance correctly. This makes them easy to fall out of your ear when you move your head. The sound is okay for a 30$, but not one for 200$. The mic is also decent, but mic quality varies depending on what the other person is using. Overall I'm disappointed
