First of all Best Buy continues to list product info sometimes that is not correct. These are listed as Bluetooth. They are NOT Bluetooth! They are PlayStation Link™ Technology which is PlayStations proprietary tech that is NOT Bluetooth. Once you get these fit correctly in your ear you will love them I think!

The good: they sound great fit well in my ear and are initially easy to connect the bad: but they constantly disconnect

The pulse earbuds work seamlessly with my PlayStation Portal. They’re small, aesthetically they match the device. The sound quality is great and they have decent battery life.

Build quality isn’t as good as the airpods pro 2 at the same price point. No noise cancellation like others at that price range. Fit is pretty comfortable when you find the right earbuds for your ear. I only got it so I can use it with the Playstation Portal since it won’t connect wirelessly to anything else. It also kept disconnecting from my PS5 after 30mins or so but reconnects automatically, just very annoying when it happens, since the audio goes silent and it makes all the disconnect/reconnect beeps before getting audio back. This is when I’m connecting with the provided usb adapter, not bluetooth. Sigh… another beta test product that’s in mass production. The portal has been great so far tho for my needs.

Great sound quality and good battery life. Only negative is sometimes disconnects from Bluetooth but will instantly reconnect not causing any real issue. Hopefully will fix in an update.

It disconnects sometimes and is annoying to reconnect. But other than that they are awesome when they work.

Great for 3D audio and connecting to PS5. Had some trouble with Bluetooth connecting to my steam deck. Could be a little bit louder

It could be a whole possibility of things: where the usb is plugged in on my playstation, where im sitting in correlation to the usb, or 5G waves interfering but these things disconnect so frequently. They are also super uncomfortable. I can wear them for about 30 minutes until they physically start to hurt my ears. The pro i have is the quality sounds pretty good and the mic is good.

Good sounf hold charge and easy to link to bluetooth

I was given them as a Christmas present and i was pleasantly surprised on the battery life on them i was able to use them for 2 days without charging them they are great sound quality i would say they are worth every penny

For 200$ this isn't worth it. If you're planning on using this for anything other than your PS5, you better off getting some actual bluetooth earbuds. Not only is the range terrible on the PS5, but they can randomly disconnect and wont reconnect unless you unplug and plug back in the USB Link device. I tried using this with my iPhone and its painfully obvious how terrible the bass is on the earbuds. it'll constantly reconnect even when the phone is in my pocket. Overall a waste of money for the price.

Amazing sound and they fit great my wife got these for me for Christmas and i love thim.

OK I’ll start by saying the weight is good very light the sound is decent but it’s not what I expected and it did hurt my ears because they kept coming loose and I had to shove them in my ear all the time and I was getting ear fatigue I wasn’t able to answer phone calls while playing a game as advertised may be a setting I didn’t do properly but I don’t think so they are OK but they weren’t for me it’s a preference I guess

I really wanted to like these because I own and PlayStation Portal and thought these would be a great addition. The sound is good, but the form factor is awkward, and I couldn't wear them more than 30 mins before my ears started to be sore. I swap between headphones and earphones throughout the day but do not see these becoming part of my regular rotation. At the time of this review there also wasn't any companion desktop app like Sony's inzone products, so customization of the sound profile was limited.

I mewn paying this mych for soem gaming earbuds is wild to me. U might be better off using your beats or hey any kther headphone for what these will cost you but if u are a sony lover snd habe tk have them I guess they will donthe trick but the price for this are crazy in my opinion.

Decent sound quality doesn’t fit in the ear like Beats and kinda heavy but it does the job

Pre ordered 11/9, picked up today 12/18. These things connect to portal and ps5 easily. They sound great and they can get loud. Im not sure why people are saying theyre quiet. I turn portal volume up then turn ear bud volume up and its super loud. Have tested oh MW3, and they sound just as good as the more expensive turtle beach stealth pro. I def recommend these.

They're not bad, my only issue is that they cut off randomly but most times come back on

I’m off these for my husband as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves them. The quality of them is amazing was a good investment for me. I don’t have to hear his video games lol
