They constantly disconnect from the PS5, you have to unplug the USB connection and reconnect and pray that they connect again. DO NOT BUY

Product continuesly kept kicking out the user every 30-45min of use the entire playing time. Was not able to catch a proper signal to the PS5. Very expensive for product that didn’t work well, not worth no more than less than $50 for ordinary headphones

this is not worth the price or wait, was delayed way past launch date, and like many mentioned did not feel that good in the ears.

Purchased these day one and used them for that week and then put them away to try other headsets. Tried them put recently and the right earphone does not play any audio. It connects, the buttons still work, but no audio. Waste of $200.

Ordered on 12/22 and received them 12/24, just in time. There’s nothing else to say!

I started to love the earbuds, but all of a sudden, it stopped taking charge. Sony needs to improve on its battery life.

Item seemed great at first until it proved to be not so great…doesn’t seem to hold a charge for very long. Bluetooth disconnects for no reason. Totally not worth the price!

For $200 i figured they would sound better... my beat pros sound alot better and they plug into my portal. Save your money and get something else.

Not worth it keeps disconnecting from ps5 waist of time

The sound is just ok. The functionality and ergonomics of the earbuds is fine for about 45 mins, then it starts to hirt your ears. It’s not as up to date to its headphones counterpart, and lacks a lot of latest tech features like noise cancelation or even 3D/Spatial Audio. NOT worth the money!!!!!

It says they have a 10 hour charge in case how does that work when they die do i literally just put them bsck in the case and taje them right back out fir the extra charge or?

Low quality. Very disappointed. Most likely will return the earbuds. They disconnect for no reason, poor sound quality, no noise cancelling, feel cheap.

Terrible just terrible very expensive cheap and too loud sounds like a bomb
