Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the PULSE Explore Wireless Gaming Earbuds' impressive sound quality, comfortable fit, and decent battery life. Many appreciate the lightweight design and immersive 3D audio experience. However, some users have expressed concerns regarding connection issues, the high price point, and the bass performance. Additionally, a few users feel the volume range and wireless range could be improved.

They work great with the PS5 and the Playstation Portal. They don't work so well with the PS VR2 but that may change in the future. Also very nice that they can sync with my iPhone while I'm using them with the Playstation.

For earphones, I believe they’re decent but price is a little steep. If you truly care for sound quality, buying headphones at a similar price range would be better. But if you prefer something that isn’t bulky, this isn’t bad.

Comparing these to airpods, they sound great but they do not fit my ear well. It always feels like they are going to fall out and when i find a position where they feel tight, they are not comfortable

I purchase these and returned them after a couple of months. I kept them as long as I did thinking that they will grow on me. I had connectivity issues all the time. They would have been great if that was not the case.

There is nothing good about these buds for $200. I can get over the 5hr battery if the buds were good. Sound quality- not great. All treble no bass at all. Not even a punch. Mic - surprisingly good but there is no option to tune volume from chat to game. Its mostly mic. Connection - terrible. It has to be plugged in the front or it will barely work. Plugging it in the front still has drop outs all the time. The range is horrendous. Connecting to phone and ps5 was the selling point and that doesnt even work right. Completely disconnected from the PS5 and after the call it wouldn't reconnect. Had to unplug the dongle for it to reconnect. You still need your phone to answer a call and mess with the volume. These buds would be unacceptable even if they were ahead of there time and made in the 90s. Playstation should be ashamed of themselves

Works well with ps5 and portal. But they feel a little uncomfortable after using them for a longer than 45 mins. Sound quality is great and there is minimal latency!

If you like wireless earbuds, these are the ones really good noise, cancellation fast charge, and a little handy case for it easy to travel with especially if you have the portal

Haven't had any issue with my headset disconnecting for my PS5 like some ppl have stated they've had, only thing is I wish they were a little cheaper and had some better rubber pieces that stay in my ears.

I use this both with my ps5 and as a standard bluetooth earbud for my iphone. It does both jobs quite well. The sound is very good. My only issue is that these are reasonably comfortable to wear for a short time but can get irritating after a few hours of use.

Would recommend if you have a Portal and have the money for this knowing it is for that purpose. I would not use this in lieu of my AirPod Pro 2’s but for use on my Portal and paired to my iPhone to receive calls and still play, it does the job. No noise cancelling but if you are playing at home on your Portal, in a social environment with family around, do you really want to drown everyone out like that? I don’t. Does the job needed and what I bought it for. Have to put it on the right way too to limit fatigue. Do not recommend for everyday earbuds as the case is huge. Do recommend if you have a Portal and the money knowing what you are buying.

Honestly regret getting these. They're uncomfortable and always pop out of my ears (yes i tried the different tips , they all do the same thing). The sound isn't any improvement on any other gaming headset I own, and they are constantly disconnecting from my PS5. I won't say they're awful. But they aren't any better than even a $50 wired headset I bought because I got tired of these disconnected. Don't waste your money.

Things I like They connect to both my Macbook/iPhone and the PS5 at the same time. The PS5 sound is immersive and easy to turn up/down. Things I don't like Everyone complains that the phone sounds choppy. The button placement on the earbuds. Every time I adjust the earbud I end up turning the volume up.

While I do agree they are on the expensive side, they are not as bad as everyone makes them seem. Quality is good and I love the design. Again, not the best quality to price ratio though.

Great sound, but has a lot of wireless connection issues. At this price point, and being a product meant to work with PS5, I’d expect less connection issues.
