Yes no anc but it really isnt a deal breaker, with the right fit of the silicone tips the seal is good enough to drown out most ambient noise. The bass is nice and punchy clean not overblown. Great sound with the proper tips. Well worth the low $200.

Great as long as you don't have an iPhone

Be aware that this is not noise cancelling. Also, this doesn't work well with iPhones. If you have an android then this is perfect for dual device connection.
