One thing they do great is connected with PS portal and PlayStation five but not the most comfortable pair of headphones.

The protection plan's value is questionable; Geek Squad merely replaces the unit and charges an additional $60, which is unacceptable. The device frequently disconnects from the PS5 and suffers from rapid battery drain, requiring constant connection to a power source. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Horrible Audio Quality

To say I was disappointed when I put these on is an understatement and a half. I started by pairing them with my phone. After a few tires it worked. I opened YT Music, and wow, they're awful. You get a lot of mids, some bass, and really muddy and weak treble. I honestly thought they were in some weird dual-connection mode or something, they just sounded terrible. But no, that's how they are. There's no app to tune the sound, what you hear is what you get. the Sony Headphones app doesn't see these. Well, maybe it sounds better with the USB receiver, right? nope, they sound the exact same. At least there is zero noticeable latency with the wireless donge, which is great, and you can still stream BT music from your phone at the same time, so that's handy. But they were mega disappointing, I've tried $30 buds from Amazon with better sound than these.
