Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the impressive sound quality and comfortable fit of the PULSE Explore Wireless Gaming Earbuds for PS5. Many appreciate the decent battery life and sleek design. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding connection issues and the relatively high price point. Additionally, a few users feel the earbuds could benefit from improved bass and a higher maximum volume.

Get ready to restart everything 30 times

If you're looking for earbuds that easily connect to your PS5, THEN I suggest you look else where. These things will disconnect and won't reconnect regardless how many times you restart your console, the earbuds, and the dongle. Waste of $200.

Not even loud, no bass what so ever. High price and all you get is treble and low sound.

The price point of these headphones would have one thinking that these could do more. For $200 these headphones, lack features, especially when being paired with a PS five the lack of a dedicated mute button on the headset is trash. The materials used to are cheap. even if someone were buying these headphones for use with their mobile phone, they could find better earbuds at this price point with more features and better build quality.

I’ve had them for a while now and I’ve tried to like them. I’ve decided it’s time to return them while I can. They connect to the portal, sometimes. They hardly connect to the PS5 and when they do they constantly disconnect and reconnect. What’s more is when I want to connect them to the PS5, they don’t auto pair like you’d expect. I have to always repair them to it. I will wait for the over the ear Pulse Explore headset to see if that’s better.

This is possibly the worst earbuds that i have ever used. The quality of the sound is terrible. Absolutely no base. The worst part about it is that it just wants to disconnect all of a sudden. I don’t know how SONY managed to mess up this product so bad. These are $20 earbuds from the flea market. 0/10.

I don't feel like it’s worth of $200, you can get way better headphones with noise cancellation future. This headphone reminded me of the first-generation Apple Airpod.

PS5 is required to change settings. Returning.

Unless you have a PS5, do NOT buy these. On the front of the box, it clearly says "for PS5, PC/Mac, Mobile". On the side, it lists PC and PS5 as having the same compatibility, using PS link. But... the default EQ settings sound awful, and you cannot change anything but the volume without a PS5. False advertising. Really poor battery life, connectivity issues with the transmitter 3 feet away.

I really love them and how I don’t have to have a cord plugging into my controller to hear my teammates/opponents. This is by far one of the best products PlayStation has made!

Works With Portal but not worth the price tag

I only got these for the Portal since it’s the only device that has PS Link. The case isn’t that sturdy feeling considering the price tag it has. The sound is tinny and it doesn’t have that deep bass you get from other buds in the same price range. I can only have it connected to my portal and not my PS5 at the same time because then I have restart my portal after it’s connected to my PS5 and that’s annoying. Should’ve went with the Pulse Elite

I’m a Playstation die hard and this is the only Playstation product I’ve ever returned. The build feels chreap for $200, they kept dusconnecting from my PS5 every few minutes, and there was a crackling sound coming out of the earbuds that would not go away
