Headphones fit great & great sound

Clear sound no static
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these Sony headphones to replace my six year old Sony headphones that would no longer hold a charge longer than 2 hours. After charging the phones for about seven hours, I used them for two hours with no problems. The sound was clear and there wasn't any static. The buttons are in different positions then my previous headphones so that will take a little getting used to. I guess my only complaint is the headphone jack which is 3.5mm and my older 5.1 surround sound receiver takes 1/4 inch jack. I had to rummage around in a junk drawer to find a converter. haha

They kept sending us back and forth. So frustrating they couldn’t help us to get it to work. I’ll take it back and see if the Best Buy folks can help us. Just don’t think it should be this hard.

He can hear, but outside noise makes it difficult for him to hear the words, so we bought him these to hear the TV better. They were a mess of static and actually made it worse to hear anything on the TV

Very disappointed in these headphones

They worked fine for the first 10 minutes, but then the sound would mute and I would have to restart whatever I was listening to.

Battery Life Very Poor

And a replacement battery is about $60. Also, it seems as if Sony has outsourced any future support and parts for this item.
