While we're glad you like most of the features, we regret to learn about the rattling issue you are experiencing with your Sony SA-SW5. This is definitely not the news we want to hear. Various reasons can cause noise interference to the sound from the subwoofer. To resolve this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. If there is a device nearby that generates electromagnetic waves, such as a wireless LAN or a microwave oven in use, locate the subwoofer and a compatible model apart from it.
2. If there is an obstacle between the subwoofer and a compatible model, move or remove it.
3. Locate the subwoofer and a compatible model as close as possible.
4. Change the [RF Channel] setting to [Off], and then change to [On] again.
5. Switch the network connection of the TV or Blu-ray Disc player from wireless to wired.
6. Change the [Wireless Playback Quality] setting to [Priority on Stable Connection].
7. Reset the speaker system.
