The worst part of my transaction was that I purchased everything online and did a same day pickup…told order was ready for pickup…only to show up and be told we are out of stock, instead of manager finding a way to make customer happy- I had to tell him to call other BB locations, so I could then drive an additional 1/2 hour to go pickup at another location, he didn’t have the training to think of this. Great managing skills! Thank you BB
