The sound is good but the weight on the left side make it hard to keep ear piece in

Compare to the more expensive headphones. This headphones is is decent.

Great sound. Only drawback is they slide off your neck. I lost mine at work :(

The sound is great, but they don't stay in. I've tried all sizes of the earpieces, and they still fall out. There is also an annoying old school ring in your ear when someone is calling. Overall, these are not worth the price.

i was hesitant at first because of the bulky control center that hangs off the left ear but it's not a bother especially if you wear the headphones in front of your neck rather than behind. the noise cancelling is good but it does eat up battery faster.

This is a great product for music, but not good to use it for phone calls. Mic seems to be very sensitive and any low noise can be heard at the other-end causing disturbance compared to other headphones.

Maybe it's just my ears, but I have to continuously adjust them and they are supposed to be for working out? I have a Sony phone and the app.. But everyone that I call has difficulty hearing me. Maybe it's Sony.. But I'm frustrated because the sounds for google assistant are good. The functions are cool.. Assistant works great. Music is great. Just the calls

Good sound but hurt your ears when you lay your head down on an ear.

Good sound, noise cancellation is so so compared to the dull over ear phones.

Received these for Christmas, haven't taken them off yet. The sound and clarity is really amazing. I like the fact when I use them I can tone out the rest of the world with the noise cancellation feature. For the price point, definitely worth the buy. All and all another fantastic product from Sony.

Much more comfortable than apple ear pods. Not as easy to lose either.

I bought these last month, they worked fine for 4 days then right ear bud stopped working. Bass was good Volume level was low Sound quality is just fine.

Not very noise cancelling. I have to turn up the volume near all the way when other noise is in the background. They like to fall out a lot so they are not for active use.

Sound is fine & crisp. Buy the overall max volume is poor.

These are fine headphones, but nothing spectacular. A few odd elements disappointed me. First, the battery life is lower than I would have liked (5-6 hours). This is less than it sounds because there is no auto shutoff function, so it continues to run down even when not in use if you don't manually turn them off. More importantly, there is no warning when the battery is getting low. Instead, it simply announces "recharge battery" and shuts off without warning. Other wireless headphones I've had give warnings as the battery begins to run down. The ambient sound mode can be useful and actually seems to amplify ambient sound.

Excellent sound quality but they feel a little awkward in my ears.
