I use these for cycling and I wish they had more bass and more volume to drown out my heavy breathing on climbs. Sound quality is subpar. Sony has a great app for adjusting sound but these headphones it just doesn't matter..

The adjustable ear piece sizes M and L came in handy so they would not fall out of my ear when I was running. Noise cancelling effect is okay. It really only works when music is on with ambient sound. The loudness of speakers and treble is not good. Overall if you just want a decent pair of running headphones theres are it. BUT they do not produce the sound quality I would have preferred.

I changed the earbuds to softer memory foam and these work well. The device below the left ear is a little troublesome, but a good device overall.
