Great little portable speaker. I use it when I play golf. I set it in the golf cart and turn it on. The volume is not gonna blow you away but for your personal space in a golf cart, it’s perfect. The base is nice though. It last my hole round and more. The only thing is when the battery gets low the volume gets lower.

So this is DEFINITELY better than the speaker on a phone for sure! And it’s compact enough to be easy for travel. Haven’t had it long enough to speak to durability, but Sony is USUALLY pretty good. That being said, and why only four stars, originally purchased two and one would not charge to be used so it had to be returned. However, the one that wasn’t returned has been great.

Bought it to go on my scooter. You can add two speaker for left and right. They are pretty loud and stay charged for quite a while. There a great price at $40 or using your best reward to drop price is great. There water proof if it’s not racing hard.

bought this to play during outdoor volleyball. the sound/volume reviews were the highest, it has a strap for hanging wherever and it is water resistant. What I've experienced is the sound travels in one direction and that's whichever way the top is pointing as it's hanging from the strap. The max volume can't overcome the directional projection on crowd-filled courts unless you're content with unobtrusive/indistinct background music (or you happen to be playing in the direction the top placed speaker is facing). In short, both sides of the volleyball court won't hear the same thing. One side is clear and the other is muted. If you want this for pool-side or in a small area with limited people, it works great. We also tried it at the beach. you can hear it great where it was placed under the sun-brella, but not much farther away (again, due to speaker placement and wind factors/sound carrying)

Completely satisfied with this speaker. Small easy to pack up and take on the go. Sounds great. Not super loud bass but it is present. Over all good speaker for on the go active person or in house use. This is second XB style Sony speaker i have purchased. I highly recommend

This speaker provides great sound for a small device and I loved it as it allowed me to watch TV with reduced volume due to my hearing lost from my military service. Unfortunately, I had to return the speaker because after pairing it with my TV on three occasions, the speaker failed to connect with the TV on about 10 subsequent attempts. Otherwise, this is an excellent speaker.

This little speaker is awesome! Long lasting battery & when low, it lowers the volume to notify its running low on juice. If you buy 2 which I did you can pair them up to have 2X the sound. Durable too as I have dropped it & its still working great!

Great sound for the price! Initially bought for a float trip and it provided great sound, it was submerged completely and still worked perfectly. Good battery life. It is currently used to listen to music in the shower. Would definitely recommend!

This little speaker has amazing sound for such a small package. We bought it for everyday use while grilling and hanging out by the pool. The sound is clear, highs are good and it has surprisingly decent bass. I highly Recommend this speaker.

Great sound out of such a small speaker and truly is waterproof. I put it too close to the edge on some shelving above the toilet and in it went while I was showering. I wasn’t able to get to it immediately and it never stopped playing before I did. Still sounds great.

I love these little guys, great sound for its size and fits in my bottle holders on my backpack for a great stereo sound when im biking, walking, hiking, etc!!! Light weight with lots of bang. They sometimes do vibrate off a table so be careful lol

We purchased this speaker to listen to a books on tape. The sound quality is great, hooks up within seconds to our audio books on our phone (which we checked out of our local library) and is so portable to different vehicles or to our home. I would recommend it to everybody.

Great and loud portable speaker that is perfect for my car. It makes me forget I'm not playing through the car speakers sometimes. No drop in sound quality at higher volumes, and the nice, compact size makes storage easier.

Great product this is my second one now i have a left and right speakers can hook 1 on each side of shower rod. Holds a charge very well. I'd say great buy especially if you want 2 Bluetooth speakers to play simultaneously.

These portable bluetooth speakers are of good quality and work well when two of them are paired together. While they also have built-in microphones, they don't work as well as my Mac Pro so they aren't as useful for video conferencing purposes. With casual use they won't need to be recharged more than once or twice a week.

A really great little speaker. Sounds good, easy to use. I have it paired with two devices and once in a while I need to re-pair it with one of them (my phone) but its not a big deal. Has a nice battery life and charges quickly.

I am 67 years old and struggle with all the new electronic gadgets. I've wanted a wireless speaker for a couple of years but could never find something with great sound that was so easy to use. It is small and I can take it anywhere! I love this portable speaker!

I purchased this unit to have in my truck. The auxiliary port for the radio was damaged, so I gave this a go. Excellent sound quality, better than a no name brand. Fully charges in a few hours. Only downside, wish it had a longer cable.

This thing is pretty amazing. It is smaller than what it appears in the photos fitting in the palm of my hand but wow can this pump out sound. The sound is great and as a bonus, I get an impossible amount of bass from such a small package.
