Disappointed in Sony big time. Expensive controller you can never get replacement for it. So y has lost my confidence in all things

Box arrived ripped up and the worst part is the thumb stick cap didn’t clip on. It was broken. The actual module was broken already when arrived the box at excellent condition on it, but clearly it was a lie.

Honestly i bought this 2 times, the first one didn’t delivered and also got delayed just like the second one that i bought it still says it’s delayed wait to get a new date something like that. FANTASTIC!!! Best Buy

Horrible. I truly believe some had swapped there broken one with the new one and returned it. Poor people man.

These modules are great and easy to install. They are also a must given the issues folks have been having with drift on the regular dual sense. Is a shame the sticks can't be improved to increase their longevity but I'm grateful for the ability to swap them out so easily on the dual sense edge.

WHY ARE THESE ALWAYS SOLD OUT???? WASNT THAT THE WHOLE SELLING POINT IS TO BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE STICK MODULE?

I really like replaceable stick modules. I always get to Drift. I feel like it’s an evitable to build a controller that doesn’t get it so the fact that there is an option to get stick modules is beautiful.

Good luck finding them in stock though, scalpers makin it impossible

My old ones were about 7 months of heavy use in competitive games. These new ones feel like I have a new controller now.

Stick drift is inevitable with analog controllers. I've only seen 1 other brand create a controller with replaceable sticks for the PS5 DualSense, & that controller costs more than $200. I've been using the Edge since launch in 2023 and have only had to replace 1 stick as of Nov 2023, and didn't have to replace until August. These sticks are lasting longer than the sticks for the Astro C40 PS4 controller, which lasted only 3-4 months, for the same price point.

it does what it needs to do and its only $20. would buy again for only $20 and wont have drift no more

Customization is incredible in this controller. You can ajust in different profiles for different button layouts and create shortcuts for each profile. And that fact that you can now replace one joystick at a time is awesome.

Why dont you guys have replacement stick modules ive been searching for 5 months now its to the point where i regret buying a dual sense edge controller over 200 dollars for this controller and yet you guys dont have the replacement sticks for it ? DO NOT BUY A DUAL SENSE EDGE controller great controller gopd luck trying to find the stick modules ive been to over 20 plus stores game stop and best buy non of you guys have the stick modules im very upset big thumbs down

Still trying to figure out why a $200 controller is even susceptible to stick drift. I have controllers that are 20+ years old from previous-gen consoles and have NEVER had any "stick drift"... FIX THIS, SONY!!! For $200 this controller should be preppin' breakfast for me in the morning and NEVER have stick drift!
