A solid and reliable performer

I have found that this model does better at downscaling to 1080p non-HDR, than the Panasonic 820 does. It does a solid job of helping to optimize content on a projector setup as well.

Overall not a bad purchase

I do recommend waiting until it's in the store so you can inspect the box. Best buy did not have it in stores yet when I bought it and it looked like the shipping carrier played volleyball with my package. Sickening. Haven't had any problems other than that.
