I have regrets

It started out fine, we were able to get it setup pretty quickly. However, we have nothing but problems for the past few months. Every time we power it on the streaming services have to be logged into again. We had issues where it will not turn off from either the remote or power button. The only option is to pull the power cord. The software is up to date. Customer service was useless. Now we are beyond the return period so we will deal with it until I get so frustrated I smash it into a million pieces...which isn't far away.
