I was leery at first on buying such a large 4K player I really would like to supply your only however it does have nice streaming capabilities it's packed full of features and it's also Sony's top of the line model. Also I could not beat the $100 off for Christmas deal.

The operation of this player is really smooth and easy to use.

Easy to install and operate. It only has Netflix, YouTube, and Prime and no other streaming services, however. Our TV is older and so we rely on the DVD player for the e-contents. Time to get a new TV! For the price of this player, they should include more options.

This is really good item, I love it, good image and is 100% compatible with my SONY system, tv, home theater... The only cons that I found is that I took it to Mexico and the features do not work, for example Prime Video and do not have many applications, just Netflix, You Tube and Prime Video (In USA)

So far, everything is working perfectly on this unit. It has a nice heavy steel frame. I am only using it with Blu-ray disks, however (not 4K disks). The only reason for the missing star is because of the limited streaming functions. Only the big three are available: Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTube.

This is the best 4K player available. Excellent performance and quiet operation.

Great 4K Blu-ray player. I like the fact that even my regular Blu-ray movies "pop" just a little bit more on this player. This is the 2nd time I bought this player, just for a different system in my house.

Average player. Slow to start up and navigating menu screens is challenging. Picture quality is fine.

Wonderful Blu-ray player. It connects to my ethernet system so I can get to my NAS collection of movies and songs.

Unfortunately, in spite of all its other great features, it would not read most of my movies via USB thumb drive. Also the front USB interface plastic tab was poorly designed and flimsy. I could imagine it breaking off before too long with repeated use. I am assuming the issue had to do with its codecs list installed in the software. I ended up buying an LG 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray model that encountered none of these problem issues.

The DVD player was surprisingly easy to set up using the system instructions displayed on the tv screen. The "laser" pointer moves a little too quickly at first but once I got accustomed to the sensitivity of the remote it's made moving from one input to another much easier than I hoped for

I needed a 4k Blu-ray player for my den and this player checked all the boxes for my specific needs. I was debating between the excellent X700 and this current model but finally decided to get the more recent model.

This 4k player has excellent picture quality and response time.

Ordering my Blu-Ray/DVD on the Best Buy website was super easy! Done! The order was processed quickly and really, it was delivered in about 2 days...it would have taken me longer to trudge out to the store and buy one. Thanks for the great service Best Buy!

Visually needs front display. Firmware updates also needed.

Best Buy has the name that goes with the smart and professional staff members that guided me to purchase a home theater surround system that AMC has lost a movie watcher. My system gives me the pleasure of having my own theater. Thank you guys.

Good player, just wish it showed the song name and artist and album when playing an Audio CD, and it would be great if it automatically detected Dolby Vision compatible discs instead of me having to look on the packaging of the disc and then go to the player's settings and manually turn it on/off.

Plays every DVD in my collection as well as my old CDs. Loads much faster than my old Sony blu-ray. Definitely recommend.
