    This 4K Ultra HD player works as intented. The settings interface is easy to work with. Great for Hi-Res audio CDs as well.

    This system froze too many times so I returned it for a better model. From day one the system would lock up or freeze to the point I had to pull the plug! Pressing the physical power button for 20 seconds did nothing. Trying to eject the disc and it would freeze up. Streaming video was great but anything with a disc would freeze.

    Good to stream if your TV doesn't provide for streaming.

    i received this in a box that was not damaged at all and when i opened it the player had been dropped a couple of times from the damage to 2 corners and i opened it and the player itself was cracked badly. they put it in the shipping box like that because of no damage to the shipping box,that is how they treat customers THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU GET my advice buy in store at least you know what you are getting. VERY BAD BUSINESS they will not last any longer with that customer service. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT that i cannot give but at least i can give it to best buy. good luck having things sent to you.

    I had high hopes but 3 movies tested and 3 movies froze at around 1 hour and 15 minutes. I downgraded to the 700 model from Sony and had no issues with the same 3 movies

    Audio/Video is very good. Troubleshooting: Something goes wrong and freeze even a brand new one and the open-box. I will have to unplug and plug it and it works again. For this account, I have to return it.
