Great sound and video. Easy setup

I really like this blue-ray player. It has amazon prime, netflix, and youtube shortcuts on main menu. It does a good job making non-4k discs look very nice.

The quality of the device meets our needs. The picture quality is good and it is easy to use. It was easy to set up with our current equipment.

I replaced an earlier Sony Blu-Ray player with this and I am Very pleased with my choice. I looked at other Brands and I didn't see enough difference to switch away from Sony.

Excellent product. Watching a dvd and listening to a cd is amazing. The picture and sound is awesome. It compliments my 4K tv. Highly recommend.

great video and audio quality, clean user interface and menus for settings. Use of Dolby Vision is awkward and not automatic

Replace surround sound 3D Blue Ray system. Haven’t watched 3D movie yet, but the Sony System was quick to set up and is easier to use than old Samsung system. Very pleased.

For the price I guess it works well. The picture looks pretty good. It is lacking on the Home Screen and looks like a 90’s DVD Home Screen. Luckily I use my TV for any streaming g services.

Got new Sony 4K tv so needed 4K Blu Ray player. Choose this one for all the audio formats since I have Sacd’s and dvd audio disc collection. Picture is excellent as is the audio.

My first 4K Blu-ray Player & so far so good. This one loads relatively fast & the picture quality is stunning excellent!

I would have to say this is one of the best players I have purchased over the years. So far I have not had any issues with it and was very easy to setup for my preferences.

First, I am searching for a region-free and/or multi-region player for my Region B Series (not made in USA). Extensive searches said this player could change to B, but those reviews are 2-3 years old, and the 'hold B' hack did not work. For a $250 4K player, it's not worth it since your still bound to USA discs. At 4K the quality is great, but you can spend less for same and/or better quality on another brand, which I'm hoping a Panasonic player will change regions. Another thing I noticed with Sony TVs and players is the lack of ability to update and/or add current steaming services. Sure every brand now has Netflix and Prime, but Sony still will not allow you to have (HBO)MAX, Disney+, Paramount+, etc which is my main reason for 2 stars. Buy this player if your TV allows or already has most up-to-date streaming services, but be forewarned if your TV is also a Sony because that combined with a Sony player LIMITS your streaming services.

There isn't much that I can say about a Sony product that you haven't already heard. Plays multi-format videos. I withheld a star because Sony products are expensive and a disc player shouldn't be priced this high.

I really like this DVD player. I also own a Sony TV, so I like that it seamlessly interfaces with the TV. It was very easy to set up, including the WIFI. Unlike some cheaper models, this DVD player also can connect to other devices (such as headphone, for example) through Bluetooth. It has excellent quality playback for Blu-Ray DVD's, although I do not own a 4K DVD, so I wasn't able to test the playback there (my TV is also 4K). This unit has a lot of nice features for a moderate price. I would highly recommend it.

This is an amazing sound bar I recommend purchasing the rear surround speakers you build quality and sound clarity are amazing

This Sony 4k Blue ray Ultra player is so good on my inside theater, I bought another one for my 150 inch projector setup I have for outdoors !!
