    good picture quality, and menu screen. toggling dolby vision on or off is the only pain this player has.

    It works as intended for now. Recent dvd (bluray) player started out the same way. They eventually stopped playing blu ray dvd for what ever reason. No update for the system, no fixes, and becomes a 200.00 paper weight.

    As part of a system update I decided to replace my old Blu-ray from another manufacturer with a Sony. I’ve had good service from their products in the past and I found this model had features that would take me into the future. I find Sony’s intuitive to use and so far every feature I’ve tried has performed as expected.

    Very good blu ray player. You do have to switch the settings for Dolby Vision each time you want to watch a movie in Dolby Vision.
