And as a Sony product it didn’t disappoint. Sturdy construction put shame to my other brand Blu-Ray players. Plus the 4K streaming improved upon my smart TV built in streaming quality. It isn’t the least expensive option in the market, but for me it is the best overall value considering the quality.

What I mean is that this wasn't my first choice but ended up with it after returning an LG player went up and died on me. This is fast. It loads the movies very fast, like 10 times faster than my last one. Color seems to be very good and I hope it lasts for years in the motorhome!

It integrated very well with my present system. The only thing's I would change is the way the caption works. It needs to go back automatically from displaying when English is spoken and the autiomatic turn off is too short. Should be able to be adjusted by the user. Alex & Antonio were both outstanding tech people.

finally got a bluray player to go with new tv

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a panasonic vhs/dvd speaker combo unit (purchased from best buy early 2001 I think) and upon purchasing a new "smarter than me" tv, I realized the old system didn't have hdmi output and the new bluray player didn't have rca jacks, so while I could have bought a converter I opted for the updated component, so nice to have it all integrated and sync'd w the other devices
