    First product I purchased did not work (froze) this one worked fine. Good product a little pricey when compared with other options but this had great reviewed online. Happy with purchase

    The blu-ray player works great right out of the box. We are very happy with it. We have not yet hooked up to the web to check out those features.

    First blue ray. Only had dvd before. Old unit was dvd/VHS recorder player. Dvd player portion failed. This is great but prices sure have gone up over the years. Would recommend.

    Bought for multi-channel SACD support. Does that very well. 4K picture is solid. My TV isn't HDR, so I can't comment on that.

    Product is great. Went on sale 30 days later and Bet buy wouldn't honor the new price. Sony is great but I'll but somewhere else.

    Works pretty good. Depending on the DVD it doesn't always remember where it left off after powering it off and on again with the same DVD in it.
