Love this. Got it to watch old home videos on where other players don't work on these. Very happy with it for this as well as other formats.

yeah go ahead and think that 4k discs are not a thing while you are streaming. you will be wrong. and you would be wise to buy one of these while you still can

Great Blu-ray player and the 2nd one I have bought. It covers all y needs watching DVD's, streaming Netflix and Amazon.

I like that I can play any format on this player. The remote is comfortable in the hand too, not too small or bulky.

After reading some reviews, I was a little reluctant to make this purchase. After several weeks of regular usage, I can honestly rate this product as excellent!!

one of the best mid range blu ray player. the only problem i hate is the HDR manual turn on off function

We purchased this on 6/26/20, today is 11/10/20. It started out fine, we were able to get it setup pretty quickly. However, we have nothing but problems for the past few months. Every time we power it on the streaming services have to be logged into again. We had issues where it will not turn off from either the remote or power button. The only option is to pull the power cord. The software is up to date. Customer service was useless. Now we are beyond the return period so we will deal with it until I get so frustrated I smash it into a million pieces...which isn't far away.

Even though I finally figured out that this DVD player did not have a display (but relied on a tv/monitor for this function, the documentation included did not clearly spell this out and I spent hours trying to figure out if there was some sort of setting I was missing. Also, all the documentation seemed to suggest connecting the player directly to the tuner, which sort of worked but only after a long wait time (talking like 15 minutes or so), so I connected it to the back of my tv/monitor and things worked better.

great product works well. did a lot checking online on these dvd players and read the reviews. then went to best buy and salesman i talk to recommend this one.

Excellent buy. Bought it and kept it because it is awesome. No complaints at all. Behaves well with the Sony Home Theater system.

Excellent Choice. Works great with my Samsung tv and sound bar. Great synchronization with my cable app.

Good Blu Ray player but I don't notice much difference with my x700 that I gave to my daughter.

Had to send a unit back to Sony three times. Replaced three times. Bought a second one. I hope I don’t regret that.

This player works great and produces very good colors. The only down side is having to manually switch DOLBY VISION support on.

Solid budget 4k player. Knocking one star because manually switching Dolby Vision is annoying.

Great machine but highly overpriced. Especially nowadays.
