Remote feels super cheap for something in this price range. Movies do look and sound great when they work returned for freezing issue on 3 different movies Buy an xbox series x or a ps5 youll get better use out of of those and the 4k player in them is as good if not better

Awful, frustrating, I'm returning mine it's so bad

A few of the problems: - It turns its output signal off and on while accessing the main menu. - The screen flickers while accessing the main menu. - You try to start a blue ray movie and then the signal shuts off for about 20 seconds - sometimes it comes back, sometimes it goes to a flashing black/white/gray pattern that won't resolve until you shut it off and turn it back on. - It's extremely difficult just to play anything! I can't really express how frustrating it is to sit there and spend 15 minutes just trying to get the thing to work at all. Gah.
