    It worked great for 18 months without any problems. We kept up with software updates so I’m not sure what happened, but now it won’t work with either of my two Sony smart TVs. That’s how I knew it wasn’t the TV. The DVD player freezes when I load a movie (any movie) and have to unplug and plug back the electricity to get the movie out. I tried everything with the setup without any change. I made the mistake of not getting the extended warranty. It’s a good player, but make sure you buy the extended warranty.

    Easy to setup, great quality picture and sound. Many features, In addition to using the player for 4K discs it makes an excellent steaming player for my online streaming services.
