    I bought this thing a year ago. It was fine for several months, but now if there is so much a shadow of a dust particle on a disc, this player freaks & stops playback. Remove the disc & clean the disc thoroughly 10 freakin times, unplug the unit, plug it back in & it still won't play. Every movie night needs a plan b.

    This system froze too many times so I returned it for a better model. From day one the system would lock up or freeze to the point I had to pull the plug! Pressing the physical power button for 20 seconds did nothing. Trying to eject the disc and it would freeze up. Streaming video was great but anything with a disc would freeze.

    The remote for the 4k player did not work at all. Returned to Best Buy and swapped out for another one. When returning home the same issue with the new system, remote will not work. Returned the system for my money back.

    I had high hopes but 3 movies tested and 3 movies froze at around 1 hour and 15 minutes. I downgraded to the 700 model from Sony and had no issues with the same 3 movies

    This 4K Ultra HD player works as intented. The settings interface is easy to work with. Great for Hi-Res audio CDs as well.
