Works fine for CD's & even 4K Blu Rays with 5.1 surround. Seems to struggle with 4K UHD movies with Dolby Atmos or DTS:X. I will have to send it back for a warranty repair, but I'm not optimistic because it seems like a common issue. Factory reset doesn't fix issue, nor does an update. I wish I would have spent a little more for the Panasonic.

Troubleshooting: Something goes wrong and freeze even a brand new one and the open-box. I will have to unplug and plug it and it works again. For this account, I have to return it.

There is a slight delay which is noticeable. I am having the television adjusted for color. I am expecting that they will correct the sync. problem at that time.

I would recommend the item itself since the image is great but their refurbished items need to be better properly defined as to what they consider to be “ excellent “ condition.
