It only outputs DSD by USB, so you better have the right external DAC. It should use its internal DAC and have analog RCA out like Oppo. I even bout a new DAC and still couldn’t get DSD. I had to take it back.

It is not fun or easy to to get back to where you were in the movie either. Watching Atmos content is clunky on what you have to do.

Watched maybe 20 Blu-Rays on the unit. Used it for DLNA with plex most of the time. Went to watch a disc yesterday the unit wont eject and now the unit is freezing. When I first got the unit it froze once and I had it not eject once or twice but now nothing. Would not recommend for the price.

I didn’t buy this but a guy with the same name as me did. Forever more I get to look at all the crap he buys or looks at online with incessant nagging emails in my inbox. The best part; Best Buy does nothing to remove my email and I just keep on giving irrelevant reviews. They could improve their system by responding. Instead, their laziness results in childish consequences.

If you want to watch the YouTube free movies, this player just bring back green or black screen. I don't know if prime video and Netflix apps have the same issue.

Unfortunately, that information was not correct. I returned the product and bought another one. I had a salesperson who understood my TV setup and he helped me with a new purchase that does work. It may be a fine product, but just did not work for me.

Whst it does is convert the signal to 1080p. I have trued everything. Now when i put a 1080p disk in tje player upscale and sends s 4k signal. I have tedts the with two 4k tv and it still does not work. I have tried changing all the setting and nothing. Now for the sound quality, it sucks.
