Beautiful picture, quite as could be, no skipping issues at all.

I Love this unit! Great for watching movies and tv shows on disc. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone who wants a 4K Blu-ray player. I really haven’t messed around with the other features yet but I will. I love how the start up is right to the point. Put a disc in and it starts right away! Awesome sound and picture quality too!!

The blue ray experience is superior to streaming, especially the sound quality.

Bought this recently with a Sony - STR-AN1000 as the receiver and the Epson 5050ub for projection. The player works great, and image and just as great as the Xbox 4k blue ray player. Streaming works good with Amazon and Netflix, but that is where i gave the 3 stars, that's all you can stream from. No app store is available to download more apps like Disney, Hulu, ect.. another issue is the CEC connectivity is a bit complicated between the two Sony components. Still working out the bugs on that. If you just need amazon and netflix, this is a good product for you. I will keep the player for the 4k disk capability, but will get another streaming device for the rest of the apps.

This was my first time setting up a dvd player so I had to figure things out by myself but I gather if you had experience before it would have been rather easy. The quality of the picture is good. There is some nuisance with the dolby vision part of it in the sense that you have to manually select it when watching a video. But the dvd player overall seems a good buy so far I only had it less than 1 month.

An amazing 4k player with dolby vision. Only draw back is having to manually change between dolby vision and hdr10 depending on the disc. I'd highly recommend getting a 48gbps hdmi 2.1 cable so you get the most out of this player.

The quality of the 4k dvds is amazing and the audio quality is second to none. If you have invested in an audio system for your media room, don’t lose wuality with streaming, get a 4k dvd player.

We had a 12-year old BlueRay, so this was an upgrade. Must fast loader and a great add that Amazon and Netflix are integrated into the system. I can ALMOST get rid of my other remotes. The one miss is that there is no YouTubeTV. So I still need my Roku. Also, when you stop a DVD, it does not remember where you were. You have to use the scene selector to get back to where you stopped. It also seems big for what it is.

I’m sure you can spend more but I doubt you’ll do any better. The disc tray is solidly constructed and whisper quiet. It supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision (though Dolby Vision needs to be manually activated and deactivated in settings). I’ve never had a disc player turn on and load this fast. I’m so glad I’m no longer using my games consoles to view Blu Ray and UHD Blu Ray.

Bought this player to go along with my 65” A80L and am extremely pleased. My 4Ks look great, and Dolby Atmos capability was a massive plus as well

The picture quality is very good. But the SOUND quality is amazing! We have been gathering our 4K UHD video library and decided to upgrade our player. For the price we definitely got a big bang for our buck.

This is a great DVD player! The Dolby Vision brings out contrasts and sharpens the already-4K UHD picture even more. Sound is intensified, even with my Klipsch Home Theater System.

I had Blu Ray before it, but had 4K TV. Was looking for 4K Player options available in market. Then Sony came up with this model. When I used it, experience is altogether different. The colors are more brighter and sound is way beyond my expectations. This model has very good built, so that there should not be any inner shaking of disc. Really like the product and highly recommend it.

Very good player for the money. Not the top but very high quality. I have not really used the streaming options but have had no issues with the discs I have played.

I bought this player and have no regrets, picture quality is amazing, highly recommended!
