The best Blu Ray 4K player in the market not Oppo

Sony has better HDR color reproduction and HDR processing and the Panasonic has the better sound output. Take your pick.

This is by far one of the best 4K movie players I have ever bought. Beautiful picture quality, and the freeze frame works perfect. I don’t know what I was thinking to wait so long to buy a 4K movie player! Get this player! Nuff said!

The Dolby Vision brings out contrasts and sharpens the already-4K UHD picture even more. Sound is intensified, even with my Klipsch Home Theater System.

This new one does all the same things the old did plus more. It has one Digital Coax input and two HDMI inputs. One is for HDMI video and audio and the other HDMI audio only. This not a Region free 4K UHD Blu-ray player just a plain old Region A player.

You never know just how smooth film motion can be if you're using a game console for movies. The image is just beautiful and lets the source material shine as intended. The only con is the weird manual Dolby vision toggle forcing you to be aware of what your 4k disk supports, and they're not always clearly labeled.

Its streaming capabilities suck, though - does not deliver any quality and I would rather stream from my 4k LG TV. Why even bother streaming from the blu ray player when you've got the capabilities in your TV? Just so they can make more money, I think.

It is definitely a high-end unit, that in my opinion is a quick plug n play device. Setting up the unit is fast and easy. This is not a compact unit, it is long but sleek looking.

Step up to 4K Star Wars

I have watched A New Hope and I am blown away with both the 4K Dolby Vision and Atmos sound. Look forward to the whole Star Wars collection and Marvel content. I have Star Wars dating back to VHS tape, DVD, and HD. Nothing compares to the picture I get with this unit.

Upscaling is terrific and 4k disc play is really, really good. My only issue is that you have to manually turn on/off Dolby Vision. Small irritant but that’s why no 5 star vote. Good, quality player and at sale price a bargain (IMO)

Great 4K Blu-Ray and Steaming Player

It was a 4K player and didn't allow for steaming. This new one is great and easy to install. Updates to the firmware are easy and the video quality is superb. I am also able to utilize the HD Hi-Res audio which works great.
