This Sony 4K Blu-Ray Player is by far one of the best Players on the market. It’s made of high end materials, solidly constructed, extremely stable and produces very detailed and accurate colors to put it simply. Loaded with the necessary technology without overkill required of 4k’s OLED Televisions and produces life like reproduction and sound when viewing your favorite movies. This is an investment that you will not regret, worth the price.

Have been a Sony die hard fan for many years, always love Sony products. This player has good picture quality as I expected, can’t tell the difference compare to a more expensive model(ubp1100es )except the optical input.

The player was just a minor upgrade from my regular 800. It does offer a minor difference and works well for my needs when watching 4K movie disc. A must for any high end TV or home theater.

I got this on sale. Went all out. This one has the better audio than another model. The audio is freaking awesome. I wish it had a display but blu ray players went away with that years and years ago.

We added this when we upgraded our home theater surround sound. While it is 4K ready, our screen is not. But the BluRay quality is terrific, as well as ordinary DVDs. Easy to install, instructions were clear.

Good price and product arrived as scheduled. So far, we are happy with the Sony DVD player (it replaced a previous Sony DVD player that quit working post warranty period).

Only used it once when I first hooked it up. Looks and sounds great. Been busy streaming on Netflicks and HBOMax. Bought the higher priced model instead of the bare bines $100 model.

excellent sound and display ,you can immerse in the movie the only inconvenient is only have 3 apps Netflix, Youtube and Prime video I think Sony must include the option to add applications as for Example Pandora

Replacement for the previous version that locks up. Less features than previous but faster and easier to use

Good quality & versatile disk player. Initially purchased to play legacy DVDs, we find ourselves looking for new disks. Good back-up audio CD player.

Great picture. Plays everything. Only drawback is since I have an old receiver, I can't connect the audio output from the player because it doesn't have RCA connectors. Audio output is via an HDMI connection which my old receiver doesn't have.

I bought this for 4k capabilities and Dolby Vision. Unfortunately, It was past return date when I noticed about 80% of my 4k discs freeze. Blu ray and dvds play fine. Everything else about this player is great. I've since learned that freezing is a common problem for Sony 4k players. I'm gifting this to someone who's not in to 4k.

Nothing looks better than a Sony. Buy this with Sony 4K TV and you will not regret it. The quality of picture is unbeatable at 4K. And the price was irresistible. Absolutely no complaints so far.

This DVD is worth of money. Very nice quality. I would definitely recommend.

Great bang for your buck. Connected perfectly with my sonos beam+sub+ones. Running it with a Samsung oled and looks great. Watched, batman, John wick and LOTR trilogies like a charm.

This player has a good picture and soulnd.I would stongley reccomend.I was upset as the best buy associate said that there was a way to put on more apps.I guess his name was Pinocchio because he lied.
