    So far this has been a nice improvement to our home theater system. We haven't had any issues with it and the picture/sound are excellent.

    The menu is easy to navigate, it is set up as a sample as 1-2-3, audio quality and video quality is good for the price, overall It is a recommend product

    It is a great unit. Set up was easy . The best way I can review the Sony UBP-X800M2 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray player is that I have nothing negative to say about it. I recommend this unit.

    Nice unit. However,needed to purchase 4K cables for it. Definite improvement in sound,but picture on Bluray DVD is not much better than my previous,much cheaper Bluray DVD player.

    Perfect DVD player to add to my “sanctuary”. Love that it was very easy to program with my Sony Smart TV. Slim line style, very stylish.

    Works great most of the time. I've experienced two brand new 4K movies freezing during play. At this time, I don't think it's the disks since it happened with two different ones.

    Had the UBP-X800 and upgraded to the M2. Wish SONY could have added Dolby Vision to the original player release.......but pleased overall and noticeable upgrade.

    We love this Blu-Ray player! It is very easy to use, plays Blu-Rays, DVDs and even music cds! We purchased this after getting a new Sony 4K Ultra HD TV this summer.
